The Daily Telegraph - February 2026 National Voter Sentiment Survey

Our latest poll, published exclusively for the Daily Telegraph, finds the two-party preferred narrowing between Labor and the Coalition following the election of Angus Taylor to the Liberal Leadership.

At the same time, the Coalition has dropped to third on our ‘3PP’ measure, recording 27%, while Labor remains in the lead on 44%, and One Nation has climbed to second with 29%.

While Labor’s TPP lead over the Coalition has slipped to just 2 points (51-49), the 3PP measure suggests that in as many as half the seats, One Nation could replace the Coalition as the main Labor challenger.
